摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a yeast number measuring method that can rapidly and accurately measure the number of yeasts in a solution containing yeasts and SS (Suspended Substance) content. <P>SOLUTION: A frequency at which attraction acts on the yeast and repulsion acts on the SS content is preliminarily selected by simulation or the like. A sample is placed on an electrode part 21 of a measuring device 20, and AC voltage having the selected frequency is applied to the electrode part 21, whereby only the yeast is accumulated at needle parts 22a, 23a of comb tooth-like electrodes 22, 23. The impedance of the electrode part 21 is measured by an impedance measuring part 24, and the number of yeasts is calculated based on a standard curve from the measured impedance of the sample. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
