<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solution for drop-casting film production allowing easy and efficient film production of an organic semiconductor layer with high carrier mobility. <P>SOLUTION: The solution for drop-casting film production comprises 99.99-90 wt.% of an aromatic hydrocarbon with the carbon number 7-13, and 0.01-10 wt.% of a dithienobenzodithiophene derivative having purity of 98% or more which is represented by the specified general formula (1), in which substituents R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>and R<SP POS="POST">2</SP>represent the same or different alkyl groups with the carbon number 1-20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
