<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an NC program generation method for predicting tool abrasion with high accuracy before execution of processing and generating an NC program in consideration of tool exchange, etc. in three-dimensional shape cutting. <P>SOLUTION: In an NC program generation method, NC simulation for every processing interval in which an NC program is preset is executed by an NC simulator 5, a processing condition and a processing state are acquired by a processing condition acquisition part 6 and a processing state acquisition part 7, information regarding a tool wear amount for every processing interval is calculated by referring to a tool wear amount according to the processing state from a tool wear database 10 by a tool wear amount calculation part 8, and the processing condition of the tool wear amount the NC program is changed to optimize the NC program so that the tool is utilized without waste based on the information regarding the tool wear amount for every processing interval calculated by the tool wear amount calculation part 8 by an NC program optimization processing part 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
