<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure high-speed high-load output and enhance efficiency at low speed, in a refrigerating device having an inverter drive device. <P>SOLUTION: A permanent magnet synchronous motor 11 is attached to an inverter device. The inverter device includes: an inverter circuit 13 driving the permanent magnet synchronous motor 11 connected to a DC power source 12; current detection means 14 detecting motor current or DC current; and control means controlling the permanent magnet synchronous motor 11 by using a current detection value detected by the current detection means 14. The inverter device further includes: an overcurrent detection circuit 17 detecting that the current detection value detected by the current detection means 14 becomes a set value or larger; and protective means stopping the inverter circuit 13 when the overcurrent detection circuit 17 detects overcurrent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
