<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information through a more comfortable operation. <P>SOLUTION: A display section displays a spot mark corresponding to a spot in an arrangement based on predetermined spot position information. A detection section detects a touch on the display section and specifies a touch position indicating a position which is touched. A control section, when a display position of a mark displayed on the display section is touched based on the touch position, allows information related to the touched mark to be displayed at a portion of the display section and, when the touch becomes undetected, allows the information related to the mark to continue to be displayed at the portion of the display section.
