<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position detector and a position detection program capable of detecting a position with a high degree of freedom of installing a base station. <P>SOLUTION: A position detector 100 comprises: an area setting part 110 for acquiring map data including a prescribed range, a size, an optimization condition and a constraint condition, and determining BIN in a map; a characteristic calculation part 120 for calculating propagation loss; an area selection part 142 for calculating the number of base stations and first and second candidate positions to install the base station on the basis of the constraint condition and the optimization condition, and selecting the BIN from the vicinity of the first and second candidate positions; a graph selection part 143 for selecting the largest complete partial graph among a complete partial graphs which satisfy the constraint condition in the range and comprises an executable solution to be optimum by the optimization condition from a graph for which third and fourth candidate positions determined by the selected BIN are nodes; and an output part 150 for outputting an area determined by the selected complete partial graph. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
