PURPOSE: A polyester nonwoven fabrics, a preparation method thereof, and a carpet primary backing substrate are provided to reduce the nap coming from basic fabric in slitting by placing the base fabric between polyurethane layer and flame-retardant layer. CONSTITUTION: Polyurethane layer is formed at basic fabric, and a flame-retardant layer is formed on the other side of the base fabric. The slitting of the base fabric is performed. Plural slitting processed yarns are formed by the slitting. Plural slit textured yarns are used as warp, and normal yarn is used as weft. Through the warp and the weft, slit fabric is woven. The woven slit fabric is processed. |
