<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray computed tomography apparatus for reducing artifacts caused by unmatching between the position of image data to be reconstituted and the view center of projection data. <P>SOLUTION: An X-ray tube 17 generates X-rays. An X-ray detector 19 detects the X-rays generated from the X-ray tube 17 and transmitted through a subject P placed on a top plate 15, and includes a plurality of detector rows where a plurality of X-ray detection elements are arranged in the channel direction. A scan control part 31 scans the subject P with the X-rays and collects projection data while rotating the X-ray tube 17 and the X-ray detector 19 as well as moving the top plate 15 in changing the speed of the top panel. A weighting part 43 performs weighting corresponding to the detector rows in order to determine the projection data which contributes to reconstruction, and requires the weight to be given to the respective detector rows in the respective views in the projection data according to the changes in the speed of the top plate 15.
