<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic toner capable of maintaining stable charging property and picture quality with favorable fogging even in long-term printing. <P>SOLUTION: The toner contains at least a resin, wax and a colorant, and the toner further contains: calcium phosphate compound particles, which are subjected to a hydrophobic treatment and have a specific surface area of 25 m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>/g or less by BET method and an average particle diameter of 0.1 μm or more and 1.0 μm or less, by 0.01 mass% or more and 0.3 mass% or less in the toner; and silica particles having an average particle diameter of 7 nm or more and 50 nm or less.
