摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an organic EL device having a coloring layer of which coating unevenness is suppressed with a stable film thickness, and further to provide an electronic apparatus provided with the organic EL device. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of an organic EL device in one embodiment comprises the steps of: forming a precursor of a black matrix with respect to an element substrate that has a plurality of light-emitting elements and a gas barrier layer covering the plurality of light-emitting elements; forming opening portions corresponding to the plurality of light-emitting elements on the precursor of the black matrix (step S5); forming a coloring layer on at least the opening portions (step S6); forming a filling layer on a transparent protection substrate (step S7); bonding the element substrate and the transparent protection substrate together (step S8); and removing the black matrix such that at least an external connection terminal is exposed by using the transparent protection substrate as a mask (step S9). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
