<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a ceramic slurry which can suppress generation of resin un-dissolved substance and which can effectively disperse ceramic powders and which can obtain a green sheet that excels in sheet properties (such as smoothness and sheet intensity) in the ceramic slurry, and to provide a manufacturing method for the green sheet using the ceramic slurry obtained by the manufacturing method, and to provide a manufacturing method for an electronic component using the green sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method includes a first dispersion treatment step of dispersing a first liquid to be treated that includes at least a binder resin and a first solvent and does not substantially include ceramic powders using swirl flow, a second dispersion treatment step of dispersing a second liquid to be treated including at least ceramic powders and a second solvent, and a third dispersion treatment step of mixing a first dispersed liquid obtained by the first dispersion treatment step and a second dispersed liquid obtained by the second dispersion treatment step and dispersing the mixed liquid by way of dispersion treatment using medium dispersion or using swirl flow. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
