<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold structure that can form a cap made of a synthetic resin without generating a screw drip, even if shortening the axial direction distance between a stripper-engaging position and an effective screw start part-corresponding position of a screw core. <P>SOLUTION: The mold structure has a stripper 30 that is engaged in the engagement projection of the skirt wall outer periphery, the stripper is configured by forming a notch part 32 at a top surface inner periphery opposed to a portion right under a predetermined range containing an effective screw start part-corresponding position of a screw core 24. Since the notch part 32 does not restrain the skirt wall 101 when the die cutting, and the skirt wall of the part becomes easy to extend to the outside and alleviates the die cutting resistance of the undercut part with the largest resistance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
