<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underpants type disposable diaper for pet, which needs no addition of a boring process of tail passing hole, a processing apparatus therefor and a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing an underpants type disposable diaper for pet includes external sheet 12 processing processes 501-503 comprising a fixation process 501 for fixing elastic expansion and contraction members 15 and 19 of waist lower part to an external sheet 12 and a cutting process 502 for passing the external sheet 12 through between a pair of rolls, dividing a part in the width direction of the elastic expansion and contraction members 15 and 19 of a waist lower part into a large number of small pieces by pressurizing and forming a tail passing cut 99 by pressurizing and an internal body fitting process 504, in the cutting process 502, making an area 81w in the width direction of a diaper of a tail passing cut area 81 having the tail passing cut 99 smaller than an area 82w in the width direction of a diaper of a dividing area 82 for dividing the elastic expansion and contraction members 15 and 19 of the waist lower part and forming sheet support cuts 91 and 92 at a pressurizing start part 83 that is the same as the end part of pressurizing start side of the dividing area 82 at a side closer to a tail passing cut area 81 than the dividing area 82. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
