<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a multilayer separator, capable of manufacturing the multilayer separator in which the exfoliation of a laminated porous film hardly occurs at a boundary face thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the multilayer separator having a porous base body 14 and a heat resistant porous film formed on at least one face of the porous base body 14 has a process of forming the heat resistant porous film by a method including: an applying step of applying a heat resistant coating liquid containing a heat resistant resin on at least one face of the porous base body 14, and forming a coating film 11; and a pressurizing step of applying pressure on the surface of the coating film 11 by spraying a fluid 4 formed of a gas, a liquid or a mixture of a gas and a liquid onto the surface of the coating film 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
