<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymerization method of propylene with which a polymer can be obtained stably with high productivity without using a refined catalyst which contains noble metal in large amounts when using FCC propylene obtained by not only co-production propylene from an ethylene plant using naphtha as starting material but also fluid catalytic cracking of heavy oil. <P>SOLUTION: The polymerization method of propylene includes: a process of causing raw material propylene containing 5 wt.% or more of FCC propylene obtained by the fluid catalytic cracking of heavy oil to contact with a composite material of palladium and aluminum oxide, or the composite material and addable refined catalyst and, thereafter, causing the raw material propylene subjected to the contacting treatment with the composite material to contact with metallocene catalyst. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
