<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving support apparatus for vehicle that can perform excellent vehicle speed control without increasing automatic intervention time of brake even when transmission downshift is not performed in a sloped track. <P>SOLUTION: A traveling control unit 5 changes the target acceleration a into a value B of a negative side set beforehand when determines that the automatic intervention control of the brake has continued more than the set time t0 during execution of ACC, and performs the interruption control to maintain the changed target acceleration a until the basic target acceleration a0 exceeds the set value a0th of the positive side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
