<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spherical motor capable of improving productivity by allowing an outside member to be manufactured more easily than conventional ones. <P>SOLUTION: In the spherical motor in which a substantially spherical rotor (inside member) 20 is held so as to be relatively rotatable three or more degrees of freedom in the inside of a substantially spherical stator (outside member) 10 whose inside has a hollow shell structure, and magnetic poles 31 and 22 are respectively disposed in the stator 10 and the rotor 20, the stator 10 is constructed of a polyhedron composed of a combination of a plurality of flat surfaces easily manufactured by press working or the like, and the magnetic pole 31 is disposed on each of the surfaces. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
