<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to notify a portable terminal which refuses reception from a mail address not registered in an address book of a change of a mail address. <P>SOLUTION: An address determination part 114 in a server device 110 receives a change request of a mail address from a portable terminal 120 and determines a changed new mail address. A storage part 116 stores the new mail address determined by the address determination part 114.
