<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of utilizing heat using an adsorbent performing heat dissipation and heat storage accompanied by the adsorption/desorption of water and utilizing warm air as it is during the heat dissipation while a temperature change caused by the heat dissipation is slow. <P>SOLUTION: The method of utilizing heat uses a portable adsorbent holding structure which stores the adsorbent performing the heat dissipation and heat storage accompanied by the adsorption/desorption of water and which is formed with an inlet and an outlet for air. The method includes: a heat storage step of storing heat by heating the adsorbent holding structure to desorb the water in the adsorbent; and a heat dissipation step of dissipating heat by ventilating the adsorbent holding structure to adsorb the water by the adsorbent. A structure so that the temperature change in the air in the inlet and outlet in the heat dissipation step satisfies a specific condition is used as the absorbent holding structure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
