<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft seal valve which reduces the possibility that an elastic material elutes in a fluid. <P>SOLUTION: A valve element 3 includes a core metal 12 and a valve element seat parts 13 which are provided on the outer edge parts of the core metal 12 and come into contact with a valve casing seat part 6 at a closed position S. The valve element seat parts 13 are formed by lining rubbers 21 on the core metal 12.
