<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a vehicle that can secure traveling stability during turning of a vehicle even when camber angles of partial wheels cannot be controlled due to a failure of a camber angle regulation device. <P>SOLUTION: When turning inner wheels (left rear wheels 2RL) cannot be regulated due to a failure, negative camber angles having larger absolute values than the turning inner wheels are imparted to turning outer wheels (right rear wheels 2RR). When turning outer wheels (the right rear wheels 2RR) cannot be regulated due to a failure, imparting of the negative cambers to the turning inner wheels (the left rear wheels 2RL) is released. Accordingly, a steering characteristic of the vehicle is changed in a direction reducing an over-steering tendency or increasing an under-steering tendency to secure the traveling stability when turning the vehicle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
