The machine has rotatably mounted pressing unit for pressing the smooth web against the corrugated web on a corrugating roll. A rotatable glue applying device is provided for applying glue films to the corrugated web on the corrugating roll, such that partitions of the teeth are formed on the two corrugating rolls in non-constant state, when viewed over the cross section.
