<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery module capable of reliably reusing light which is originally a loss. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a solar battery module comprising: a translucent front plate; a backside sheet arranged on a back side of the front plate; a solar battery cell arranged between the backside sheet and the front plate; and a sealing member which seals the solar battery cell between the front panel and the backside sheet. The backside sheet 14 includes: a weather-resistant layer 147 facing the front panel via the sealing member; a light reflective metal layer 143 formed on the weather-resistant layer 147 via an adhesive layer 144; and a translucent insulating layer 141 formed on the light reflective metal layer 143 via a convexo-concave structure layer 142. The light reflective metal layer 143 is formed integrally with the convexo-concave structure layer 142 so as to form a convexo-concave shape.
