A first heat exchanger and a high temperature heat collector are connected via first piping and fifth piping. A high temperature medium of a first hot water generation apparatus is supplied to the first heat exchanger. A low temperature medium whose action is terminated is returned to the high temperature heat collector. A Peltier element is disposed in the first heat exchanger. A low temperature medium is generated by cooling the high temperature medium via heat exchange means. The low temperature medium is fed to a cyclone apparatus via third piping. A fan installed in the cyclone apparatus is driven by the low temperature medium.
