<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device which suppresses unevenness in a screen which is caused by unevenness of a power source voltage and suppresses influences on the quality defects such as non light emitting points, and to provide a manufacturing method of the display device. <P>SOLUTION: A display device includes: multiple first electrodes provided in a display region of a substrate; auxiliary electrodes provided in respective interelectrode regions between the multiple first electrodes; partition walls separately provided along parts of outlines of the respective auxiliary electrodes in the interelectrode regions; an organic layer which is provided in the display region, exposes a side surface of each partition wall that is arranged along the auxiliary electrode and an upper surface of each auxiliary electrode, and includes a light emitting layer; and second electrodes provided on an upper surface of the organic layer and the upper surfaces of the auxiliary electrodes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
