<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid ejection apparatus which can shorten time when a temperature of a table converges to a target temperature by including inexpensive devices as a heating mechanism and a cooling mechanism for controlling the temperature of the table. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid ejection apparatus includes: a liquid droplet ejection head that ejects a liquid onto a support; the table 19 that is placed opposite to the vicinity of the liquid droplet ejection head and supports the support; a table temperature control mechanism 6 that has the heating device and the cooling device 18 connected to the table and controls the temperature of the table; and a control device 8 that supplies a driving signal to the liquid droplet ejection head and the table temperature control mechanism. The control device drives the cooling device when the temperature of the table is relatively high to a setting temperature, and drives the heating device when the temperature of the table is relatively low to the setting temperature, thereby controlling the temperature so that the temperature of the table is at the setting temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
