Apparatus of generating cryptographically secure pseudo random number and method thereof

PURPOSE: A random variable generating apparatus and a method thereof are provided to generate a pseudo random variable by using a pseudo random variable which does not secure stability and a protection memory of a finite resource system. CONSTITUTION: A random variable generating unit(210) generates a random variable which does not secure encoded security. A random variable pool generating unit(220) generates a random variable pool by using a result which performs symmetric key encryption. An output unit(240) outputs an output value of the random variable generating unit as a pseudo random variable.
