PURPOSE: A power generation device with wind and water power is provided to be conveniently used regardless of the direction of tidal current by installing a center member and a rudder. CONSTITUTION: A power generation device with wind and water power comprises a support shaft(300), a wind power generation unit(100), a water power generation unit(200), first and second power generation units(400,500). The wind power generation unit is rotatably connected to the support shaft. The water power generation unit is rotatably connected to the support shaft at a lower part of the wind power generation unit. The rotary projections of the water power generation unit are rotated by hydraulic power. The water power generation unit is independently rotated from the wind power generation unit. The first power generation unit is formed inside the wind power generation unit, and generates electricity by the rotation of the wind power generation unit. The second power generation unit is formed inside the water power generation unit, and generates electricity by the rotation of the water power generation unit.
