<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that a lighting fixture, since it is so structured to have light-receiving parts such as a luminance sensor, and a human sensor protruded from its cover member frame, tends to lose design properties and suffer some limitations in mounting on a ceiling face, even if one is improved in designability. <P>SOLUTION: Designability of a fixture body 1 can be improved, as electric auxiliary parts 62 are installed inside a cover member 7.
