PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device enabling an OS of a portable terminal device to use a communication network that a remote operation communication device uses.

SOLUTION: An information processing device 1 comprises: an OS processing section 11 which performs processing using an OS; and a remote operation communication device 100 which performs independently of the OS. The remote operation communication device 100 has: a communication section 101 to receive data from an external network; a communication control section 102 to transmit the data received by the communication section 101 to the OS processing section 11 and to cause a buffer section 103 to store the received data; an extraction section 106 to extract remote operation data to be processed by the remote operation communication device 100 from the received data stored in the buffer section 103; and a processing section 105 to control the OS processing section 11 based on the remote operation data extracted by the extraction section 106.
