<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the stability of an output voltage from a voltage conversion circuit. <P>SOLUTION: Each of voltage conversion circuits 10, 10a has: a first circuit having N reactors 35, 35a, 35b whose one terminal is connected to a DC power supply in parallel to each other, and at least one switching element connected with the other terminals of the N reactors 35, 35a, 35b; and a second circuit having at least one rectification element whose one terminal is connected with a load, and sharing at least one switching element connected with at least one rectification element with the first circuit. The first circuit is connected so that charging is performed from the DC power supply to the N reactors 35, 35a, 35b at energization of at least one switching element.
