<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system and an operational method for the same, which reduce wasteful energy consumption more than before. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel cell system comprises: a fuel cell unit 1 which generates electric power using material gas; an abnormality determination device 5 which determines whether composition of the material gas is abnormal or not based on information obtained from a composition information acquisition device 3 that is disposed in a combustion apparatus 2 combusting the material gas and acquires information related to composition of the material gas; and a controller 6 which starts to activate the fuel cell system when not to be determined as abnormality by the abnormality determination device 5, and which does not start to activate the fuel cell system when to be determined as abnormality by the abnormality determination device 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
