<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium-ion secondary battery which uses a novel lithium salt, is capable of repeatedly performing charge/discharge many times, and is excellent in cycle characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: The lithium-ion secondary battery comprises: an electrolyte obtained by blending (A) one or more lithium salts selected from a group consisting of organic acid lithium salts and polyanion-based lithium salts, (C) a boron compound, and (D) an organic solvent; and an electrode.
