<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable EGR valve which prevents wear of a sliding part against a seal ring for a long time. <P>SOLUTION: A resin-made inner resin ring 5 is pressed into a metallic outer metal ring 4, and the metallic outer metal ring 4 in which the resin-made inner resin ring 5 is pressed is pressed into a gas passage 2. The metallic seal ring 8 slides against the resin-made inner resin ring 5 to prevent the wear of the metallic seal ring 8 and a boa ring 9, and the reliability of the EGR valve 1 can be enhanced. After the resin-made inner resin ring 5 is pressed into the inner periphery surface of the metallic outer metal ring 4, the inner periphery surface of the resin-made inner resin ring 5 is cut and grounded so that the accuracy of an inner diameter of the resin-made inner resin ring 5 can be increased, and the valve leakage due to the reduction of the accuracy can be prevented. The resin-made inner resin ring 5 is supported between a body convex part 14 and a metal ring convex part 15, thereby preventing the resin-made inner resin ring 5 from being displaced or coming off even if the fitting margin of the resin-made inner resin ring 5 is reduced by creep or linear expansion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
