<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catheter prevented from retreating during liquid injection. <P>SOLUTION: The catheter includes: a proximal end to which the liquid is supplied; a distal end disposed in a cavity in a living body; an emission port 130 disposed at the distal end, and injecting the liquid 196 to a target site 192 of the cavity in the living body; and a lumen for connecting the proximal end and the emission port 130. The emission port 130 has locking members (first and second locking pieces) 140 and 160 constituting an opening 134 from which the liquid 196 is injected. The locking members 140 and 160 project from the outer periphery 123 of the distal end by the injecting pressure of the liquid 196, deformed to be locked to an inner wall 194 of the target site 192, and returned to the original shape by vanishing the injecting pressure of the liquid 196. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
