FEEDBACK OSCILLATION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expedite a start of oscillation and regulate a bias current flowing to an amplifying element.

SOLUTION: A feedback oscillation device 1 having an oscillation frequency band in a quasi-millimeter waveband or millimeter waveband includes: an amplifying element (HEMT 10) for outputting from an output terminal a signal input from an input terminal; a feedback circuit (feedback circuit 40) for feeding back the signal from the output terminal to input terminal of the amplifying element; and a resistive element (resistive element 35) inserted between the output terminal of the amplifying element and a power supply to limit a bias current flowing to the amplifying element at sustained oscillation.
