摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas concentration measurement method for promptly measuring concentration of specific gas inside without damaging packaging containers for the full number of packaging containers by a laser type gas densitometer provided to the packaging machine. <P>SOLUTION: A laser type gas densitometer M is used, which consists of: a laser generation part having a function for irradiating specific gas with a laser beam with specific wavelength by a transmitter; and a laser beam receiving part which receives the laser beam which is oscillated from the transmitter and passes through the specific gas by a receiver, measures intensity of the laser beam absorbed by the gas to output the concentration of the gas from the intensity, a product discharge path of a packaging machine which tightly seals an opening after filling an object to be packaged in a packaging container to perform gas replacement is provided with a gas purge chamber of a laser type gas densitometer in which the transmitter and the receiver are arranged at a predetermined interval, and the concentration of the specific gas in the packaging container which passes between the transmitter and the receiver is measured at a state that purge gas is supplied in the gas purge chamber. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
