<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify installation work, reduce workload on a worker and shorten an installation time. <P>SOLUTION: The elevator car door device, which is fixed to an elevator car chamber, includes a car door device body; and an adjusting mechanism that is placed on the ceiling of the car chamber and connects the car door device body to the ceiling. The adjusting mechanism includes a mechanism for performing positioning in right-left and front-rear directions with respect to the car chamber.
