<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately analyze strength of an article at high speed while considering diversified fixtures. <P>SOLUTION: A strength analyzing device executes: a step (300) for reading a small-sized model 52 of a suspension member; steps (302 and 304) for setting a load weight applying position P, a fastening position and a stiffness identification point A between the suspension member and a fixture; a step (306) for obtaining reaction force F when the load weight is applied to the suspension member; a step (314) for reading actual displacement magnitude D; steps (316 to 322) for repeating processes until a virtual spring with a spring constant K becomes available as a substitute for the fixture; and steps (324 and 326) for setting up the fixture as the virtual spring with the spring constant K.
