A method for assessing contraindications to stenting of the carotid arteries comprises accounting for the age, the transitory ischemic attacks in history, the assessment of hemostasis system, ECG, Dopplerography, MRT, CT. The stenosis of the carotid arteries, the age above 70, and history of transitory ischemic attacks are considered as contraindications to stenting. |
