<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a battery pack in which, when there is a difference in capacity between nonaqueous electrolyte secondary batteries constituting the battery pack, influence thereof can be reduced and of which the cycle characteristics are excellent. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the battery pack includes: a step of fully charging each nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery by using constant current charge and constant voltage charge; a step of discharging the amount of electricity same as a predetermined capacity after fully charged; and a step of connecting the respective nonaqueous electrolyte secondary batteries in series to form the battery pack.
