<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a battery pack in which, when there is a difference in capacity between nonaqueous electrolyte secondary batteries constituting the battery pack, influence thereof can be reduced and of which the cycle characteristics are excellent. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the battery pack includes: a step of fully charging each nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery by using constant current charge and constant voltage charge; a step of discharging the amount of electricity same as a predetermined capacity after fully charged; and a step of connecting the respective nonaqueous electrolyte secondary batteries in series to form the battery pack. Even in the battery pack using the single batteries having different capacity, overcharging of the single battery can be suppressed during charging. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
