摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for lamination which has excellent adhesive strength to substrates, excellent cuttability and antistatic properties, and has substantially improved heat seal strength, and to provide a laminate using the composition, and a method for producing the laminate. <P>SOLUTION: The resin composition for lamination is obtained by compounding a polyethylene resin (A) obtained by a high pressure radical polymerization method, wherein a melt flow rate (MFR) of the resin measured at 190&deg;C under a load of 21.18 N is 1-100 g/10 min and density is 0.91-0.97 g/cm<SP POS="POST">3</SP>, with at least an antistatic agent (B) comprising (b1) a fatty acid glycerol ester, (b2) a polyoxyalkylene alkylamine, (b3) an aliphatic alcohol, and (b4) a metal alkylsulfonate each in a specific amount based on 100 pts.wt. of the polyethylene resin (A).
