<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive system that can drive an oil pump even when a vehicle is in a halt. <P>SOLUTION: The drive system includes a first clutch 72A, an oil pump output shaft connecting mechanism 80, and a first oil pump connecting mechanism 85A. When the vehicle is in a halt, the system sets the first clutch 72A in a disconnected state, the first oil pump connecting mechanism 85A in a connected state, and a gear ratio of a first transmission 30A to infinity; thereby, a power of a first internal combustion engine 10 can be transmitted to an oil pump 14 via a pump shaft 81 of the first oil pump connecting mechanism 85A and the oil pump output shaft connecting mechanism 80.
