<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device that can be initialized to a first state of two states consisting of first and second states to generate a signal having a potential corresponding to the initial first state. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a semiconductor device 10 that can be initialized to "0" of two states consisting of "0" (first state) and "1" (second state) to generate a signal A having a potential corresponding to the initial "0."
