<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device that can be initialized to a first state of two states consisting of first and second states to generate a signal having a potential corresponding to the initial first state. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a semiconductor device 10 that can be initialized to "0" of two states consisting of "0" (first state) and "1" (second state) to generate a signal A having a potential corresponding to the initial "0." The semiconductor device 10 includes: a plurality of parallel-connected flip-flop circuits 2 capable of holding the two states of "0" and "1"; and an AND circuit 3 connected to the plurality of flip-flop circuits 2 to generate and output a signal having a potential corresponding to "0" if the state held in at least one of the plurality of flip-flop circuits 2 is "0." <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
