<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boiler with a supplied water preheater at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The boiler includes a water heating boiler 1, a supplied water tank 2 storing water for the boiler, an exhaust flue 5 exhausting flue gas generated in the boiler, and the supplied water preheater 6 installed in the exhaust flue, where a pipe 3 supplying water to the boiler 1 and circulation piping 7 supplying the water for the boiler to the supplied water preheater 6 and returning the preheated water for the boiler from the supplied water preheater to the supplied water tank are connected to the supplied water tank 2 to continuously circulate the water for the boiler between the supplied water tank 2 and the supplied water preheater 6 separated from water supplied to the boiler. The supplied water preheater 6 is of a type that a heat exchange coil 8 with a plurality of tubes wound like a coil is installed in the exhaust flue 5.
