<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fabric suitable for vehicle interior material, especially a skin material of a ventilation seat with good air ventilation as well as sufficient strength and appearance quality. <P>SOLUTION: A tricot fabric is obtained by integrating two opening fabrics. A first opening fabric is an opening fabric formed with yarn consisting of combined filament yarn with different shrinkages which are drawn off and introduced into two reeds according to a swing width of yarn.
