<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper turning device that eliminates an uncomfortable feeling caused when mounting by preventing a fingertip blood flow from getting worse due to deep oppression, reduces stuffiness generated by covering the large part of fingertip, has high adaptability to various sizes of the fingertip despite a few sizes, and which has fanciness such that clerks concentrating on females using mainly that device can enjoy its mounting. <P>SOLUTION: The paper turning device has a turning part made of a tube and forms an annular body in which a corded body passes through the tube. The tube is made of a rubber material having large friction force, and the corded body is more elastic than the tube being the turning part. When in use, a tube portion is positioned on a finger cushion by putting through the finger inside the annular body composed by the tube and corded body.
