AMETHOD FOR BORING DEEP HOLES OF LARGE DIAMETERS ON LATHES

摘要

A method for boring deep holes of large diameters on lathes includes moving a boring tool along the axis of a part in the hole. Boring is performed by pressing of the tool to the part surface by a device with telescopic cylinders, which are placed on a mandrel and moved along its axis.
