A method for patient arrangement on the operating table for surgical treatment of injuries of the proximal femur comprises the location of the patient on the operating table in the supine position, the intact lower limb is fixed in position, bending at the hip and knee joints at 90 °, fracture reposition is performed by traction for damaged limb. Under the curved femur the support is located, by that protection of pelvis tissues is achieved during fracture repositioning of iatrogenic injury, conditions for bringing hip while performing osteosynthesis. |
