<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing ceramic slurry, which suppresses the generation of an undissolved solid of a resin and effectively disperses a ceramic powder, in the ceramic slurry, and which gives a green sheet excellent in sheet properties (smoothness and sheet strength), and to provide a method for producing a green sheet, using a ceramic slurry obtained by the producing method, and to provide a method for producing an electronic component, using the green sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing ceramic slurry includes: a first dispersion step of dispersing a first liquid to be treated containing at least a binder resin and a first solvent but not substantially containing a ceramic powder by a dispersion treatment with a swirling flow; a second dispersion step of dispersing a second liquid to be treated containing at least a ceramic powder and a second solvent; and a third dispersion step in which a first dispersion solution obtained in the first dispersion step and a second dispersion solution obtained in the second dispersion step are mixed and the mixed solution is dispersed by a dispersion treatment with medium-type dispersion or by a dispersion treatment with a swirling flow. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
